Electric blueberry arena glitch(update)
Played, spent money, on arena etc. Have about 300 seeds now for electric blueberry. Hit the 500 wins in arena and it did not open up. Was no issue with sakura plant. This is not for seeds. Again spent a lot of diamonds, in app cash and real money. Below the icon in tournament is not a seed count. It should have unlocked it. ?? How do I ask anyone about the glitch for support? Thank you.. reached out an email and it actually was a glitch they fixed it and gave it to me. Was super cool. Thanks all for the help
So I went to the EA help, message a support person, they guided me to email. Had to have screen shots of arena and hitting the blueberry icon(once you reached 500 points). The blueberry had no seed count under it.. it was supposed to be a free plant if you hit the 500. I knew I was going to so I was buying seeds on side etc to upgrade once unlocked. When it didn't I emailed etc. they got back to me within 48 hrs. Sent screen shot of player id, the blueberry still locked. They opened it up one or two days later and gave me a bunch of extra seeds for inconvenience. I was shocked and super stoked!. Sakura opened at 500 in area, so I knew blueberry was supposed to also. I'm knew to all this but progressing pretty alright. That was only glitch I've noticed so far, been playing for maybe 4 months. Good luck all
