Erroneous error rcvd; Quest not completed & need my 10 gems

@niknik4278 Same here, it's been three days and since I'm a new player (began 5 days ago), it's kinda annoying to play without these daily gems...
I just found out you can have them by doing some weird tactic, but I don't want to have ro do this to get my daily reward.
As I understand, this issue has been discussed in the Q&As for quite some time, I sure hope it will be fixed before I lose patience :')
