I have attempted to clear cache and restart my phone but still have this error when trying to make purchases. I have not seen a solution for this problem on the forum.
I live in the united states and I dont think its a regional problem. I have no vpn activated yet its still giving me this error. Cant see the prices for the game either.

Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)?:yes when I started playing back in 2018 but not anymore.
I have attempted that but I could not see restriction in my Google play store. When I click into settings under my profile in Google play and subsequently general I do not see a tab for restrictions or for insane purchases. I have checked off biometric purchases.
