Hello.
Someone please help me. I was on Jurassic marsh which took months. Then one time when I tried to play there was this error where I was stuck on the "starting" page. I decided to uninstall the game and reinstall it back. Thinking my progress will come back. Also I didn't save anything. When I open it I find that all my progress is lost. Can someone please help me get my account back.
Do you have your original player id number (under settings/ build version)?
Did you sign up to EA's email registration scheme (they gave you 100 free gems if you did)?
Do you have pvz2 on another device somewhere?
If the answer to each question is no then I'm afraid nothing can be done to recover your lost account, which is stuck in their backup servers.

No I dont remember my Account ID.
How will the third option help?

@CrazyIntohim If you have it on another device, you can try backing up your account on that device to an external account which would allow you to access it on others devices.
To check do you have a guest account on another device? It may not be the exact same game or progress but it would save having to start over. - MAGICDAVESHROOM4 years agoLegend
If you had it installed on another device you could get your original player id number from it, then you could contact EA HELP CENTER and they could restore your progress and plants from their backups.
When you lost your account you were given a new account with a new player id number.
