I lost my all progres. 2k gems. Etc.
I watch ads. Back to game and all lost...
Why? I want my data back. I try connect with Google Play Games but nothing.
I try Force email and ID back but without progress...
Fixed!!!
I writed to EA Help ( I have my Player ID) and my progress back to me. With all gems. Plants etc.
My audio was bugging out so I tried to reinstall the game and now when ai press the google play button it doesn't show any accounts to go on. If anyone could please tell me how to fix this I would appreciate it.
Hello, i am here to ask how to get my PVZ2 progress back. IDK if i had an account on it or not, it never let me log in. but I just don't want to lose DAYS of progress and real money that was spent. i had 180 gems a complete story mode like 5 seed packet plants and 100,000 coins. i just want to AT LEAST get my progress/plants, currentsy money, and levels back...
the reason is due to uninstall and reinstallOpen your game then press the spanner and go to download preferences.This will give your ID,take a screenshot.You will need this to retrieve your account.Then press help.This will take you to a form to fill in .Go under the header of missing content and don’t forget to include the screenshot of your ID.A case will be created and EA will get back to you via email.It may take a while.

I lost my progress... again. Today I playing. I win Penny, Piniata etc. I closed game.
When I'm back my progress gone. I have only User Dave profile...
I sended message to EA, with my Player ID. Now I'm wait for answer.
But this is second time. I lost my progress months ago.
- @IlidanDA Same thing happened to me. My profile also went to user Dave without explanation. I did get my progress back. It’s very concerning that it’s happened twice in such a short space of time.Let us know when you get your progress back.I take regular screenshots as proof should it happen again
