Fail to unlock Meteor Flower

My score in Arena has reached 500+, and I saw the checkmark of Meteor Flower when I checked my season scores. But I still cannot unlock it.

Arena is crashing constantly when I am playing with Gauntlets. It has cost me 6 already!

Arena crushed
I started playing Arena with the free play and it crushed. I played with a gauntlet and it crashed also. I was winning in both cases but the game crashed. Will i be compensated or is it just lost?
