Every time I try to open Arena, it gives me a screen that says it needs an update. A loading bar goes across and it brings me back to main menu. Worked fine 20 min ago, then bam. Not anymore CM edit: edited title for clarity.

The same problem happens to many players, I included.
Initially, it did work a few times after I restarted the App but after a match, the update message box re-appears.
Guess this is an issue from the server side, all we can do now is to wait for the fault to be fixed.

Yes, the update file for these advance game modes is either wrong or missing. The devs need to make the correct data push file availale for download. Hopefully this fault will be fixed soon.

@2-EAW Got into both Penny’s Pursuit and Arena after closing out of the game and going back in.

This is happening to me as well.
I have two android devices, an older one that hasn't got much storage and a newer one with over 30gb and plenty of ram.
The game will not update on either of them.

I spoke too soon- i played arena once on EAch device without issues and now it's gone back to attempting to update then going to the loading screen.

Can’t update. Goes through the bar but doesnt complete then returns to home page but isn’t updated. Goes on this loop with the Arena and Pennys pursuit. Frustrating 😠
