How do I respond to the EA assistant.

I emailed EA trying to recover progress, and they responded, how do I respond back? Also they responded after I closed the case. What is going on? Also do I have to resume the case to do anything further?

  • I had a case, along with others, a while back where they blanked all my coins and gems. I reported it and they acknowledged the issue. They offered to give me 200 gems and 250,000 coins. I had 200,000 gems and 4,500,000 coins prior to with a week old screenshot and they refused to give me anything else and after I said it was not reasonable they stopped talking and gave me nothing. EA stinks and has terrible customer appreciation. Don’t expect anything from them other than wasting your time.
