Yes I am having same problem. Ever since the last update I have only been able to watch ads for free stuff on 2or 3 occasions. I have emailed customer service and they have forwarded it to technical help. A player used to be able watch an ad for a free piñata party and you can’t do that anymore either.. sponsors should really want their ads run at this time of year. ‘‘Tis the season for shopping!
