I finally am able to login again. It has since crashed only twice. I noticed when I don't use the speed up function while playing (in the upper right corner), the game won't crash.
I think they fixed it. Mine stopped crashing!🙌

Maybe they just fixed mine because I emailed the help line??? I have been playing all day and still no crashes. I'll attach the screenshot of the email they sent me.
- @Rhyejess Have had only 1 crash this morning, after an ad, so didn't lose anything. Possibility it is fixed or it was my voodoo priestess getting those pesky little ghosties out of my phone!
Yes it seems EA has fixed the problem. From last night to now I've only had one crash.
