When I opened the game today, my plant level and level progress were all normal, but my gold coins, diamonds and mints were all cleared, and the Power show, Power toss and Power Zap in the lower right corner of the level also disappeared, even the Zen Garden. The plants inside are gone. I hope the official can help me recover these data.
Did you try reinstalling the app. On a timely basis i try to force sync data in settings as specific bugs go away when you uninstall and reinstall. Clear cache didn't help and clear data makes you place a big beginner tutorial which you can't skip. Hence i always uninstall and reinstall the app. However also check if another profile is created.

I had 15 years of progress, many plants at Mastery level, deleted and reset to beginner. EA were unable to restore.
This game is a bug-ridden piece of garbage due to EA's inability to do basics of testing and backup of user data.
I am having same issue. Started a week ago and have not got my stuff back. Been playing this game for years and millions of coins and thousands of jewels and hundreds of mints and sprouts ,all gone now and no help from support. Very disappointed!
Same here. I've filed 3 bug reports and have received no help, only a message saying to write about my issue on the forum here. Yet I see others are struggling with the same. Apparently EA Support is useless these days.
