After latest actualisation game has shut down during arena few times. I want to my resources back. It's really annoying

Where is my shine vine???
I bought 250 shine vine seeds a while ago, and they are still yet to be in my inventory/almanac. anybody know how to fix this? Also i have tried clearing the cache and restoring purchases.
