gems not being issued

Hi, I did all 8 daily tasks, and it won’t let me claim the 10 gems as the last task. I had the same problem 1-2 weeks ago but with 20 gems and I still was never awarded this. Player ID uploaded in photo as I couldn’t post this with the player ID in the text for some reason

Could I please have the 30 gems added to my account? I have screen recordings of both instances if needed

Its old bugs. If play everydays, bugs will gone. Please don't claim before finish all job, and its can keep reward until 1 week or more..
Earn Gems not only from daily activities, can from Penny Pursuit and watch add gems, good luck
