Ghost pepper, Jack o lantern, Witch Hazel not in almanac

Got the 10 seed packs for each type plants said they are available but don't show in my almanac to unlock and use. Customer service is useless. I've explained the problem 3 or 4 time now and don't t...

    They are Seasonal plant (mean it won't show up unless you have that plant), you only can unlock it with real money or purchase it with gem (limited time) not collecting seed packet (like shadow peashooter)..

    - Gemium Seasonal Plants : Ghost pepper, Aloe, E.Currant, Sweet Potato, Sap-Fling

    - Premium Seasonal Plant : Hot Date, Blooming Heart, Dandelion, Strawburst, Witch Hazel, Jack O'Lantern, Parsnip, Missile Toe, Holy Barrier

    - Collecting Seed Packet : Shadow Peashooter, Sling Pea, Goo Peashooter, Snap pea, Imp Pear

I won't be able to purchase the Jack O Lantern until next? Please tell me this isn't so.

    Jack'O Lantern is premium seasonal plant (require real money to unlock it) for October/Lawn of Doom.. it may come during feastivus (end dec to early jan) or during birthdayz with sweet potato
