Not giving gems when completed tasks

Hi, I’m reporting this now as it has happened too many times now. Today, 5 days again and at least 3 times  in the last 2 months, it has happened that I have completed 8 tasks but have not been rewarded the 10 gems for completing the 8 tasks. Today I tried a different approach, and decided to complete ALL tasks, but the game would not even recognise that I had played 5 rounds in Adventure level. So again, today I’ve missed out on the 12 gems. 12 gems today, 10 gems 5 days ago, 10 gems on multiple other occasions. Can this glitch be fixed? Can I be allocated the gems I’ve earnt?
