@McFuggin we are happy to take bug reports and share what players are seeing on AHQ to our various teams. However, to be clear we are unable to restore progress on AHQ.- 3 years ago
I'm also having the exact same problem. I only got to lvl 16, so I have no problem playing again, but i just completed one of the offers to collect 400+ gems and it wont sync because the account is no longer registered. However, for some reason, all the plants I have purchased all came back, just NONE of the currency or progress.
