Has Anyone Managed to Fully Restore Progress After Update?

I'm reaching out to see if anyone has been lucky enough to restore their lost progress after the game update. I recently updated this game, and unfortunately, all my progress seems to have disappeared. I've tried the usual steps, restarting the app, checking for cloud saves, and even contacting support, but no luck so far.
