Help- u aren't getting my email info u requested!

Tried to respond to EA by email as requested for phone serial numbers and new iPad serial numbers and game id from original game. EA is not getting my email responses, all I get are fail to deliver n...

    @judygrim708 Are you attempting to reply to a noreply email address? Did you receive an email from an EA adviser?

    @judygrim708 I checked your account and can see that there are a number of emails from you. The best thing to do is wait to get a reply from one of our advisers.
