Help me recover my progress in Plants vs Zombies 2
Dear EA Games Support Team,
I have been a devoted fan of your game Plants vs Zombies 2 since 2014. Over the years, I have achieved significant progress: upgraded many plants to high levels and earned numerous achievements that are very important to me.
Unfortunately, I recently encountered a serious issue. Over the past year, I rarely logged into the app and likely missed several updates. Yesterday, November 20, 2024, I decided to return to the game. Upon launching the app, an update started downloading, but unfortunately, an error occurred. I tried restarting the update several times, but it was unsuccessful.
I then decided to delete the app and reinstall it, confident that my game progress was saved. However, after reinstalling and successfully updating the app, I discovered that all my progress from the past 10 years was completely reset. This is devastating for me, as I have invested so much time and effort into the game over the years.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and helping me recover my progress.
