Did you back up your progress before this happened?
- If you did, you can restore your game progress using these steps
- If you didn't, your data wasn't tied to an account, and would have saved progress locally on the device instead. Try these steps:
- Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- Restart your device.
If you'd like to see if the support team can help, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. They’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, they can’t find your account.
