Hey can some PvZ 2 dev help me?
Hey I was trying to contact ea support, but the website sent me here. Idk if the devs check this message board or not, but I thought it was worth a shot. So basically what happened to me was that I was playing the current oltamato, blastberry vine, and pyro vine pennies pursuit and I was on the hardest difficulty of level 10, and because the level was naturally hard I had to use some power ups to power through it 😛 . And I had only two gargantuans To take out before I completed the level when I ran out of coins, so because they were so close to my house I had to watch an ad for the free coins, so that I could get more power ups to finish the level, and I guess I had watched all the ads for the day because after a had watched a few ads the button that allowed me to watch ads disappeared. So because I was so close to finishing the level, I just thought what the heck and decided to buy coins with irl money. And because I just got a new phone (my old one broke) I didn’t have my billing set up yet. So I went into the settings and set up my billing to buy the coins. When I returned to the game the coins weren’t into my account yet, the purchase button under the coins just had the “pending” symbol under them, but I did notice something. The option to watch an ad for coins was back, so because the payment was taking so long to go thro I decided just to watch an ad to get the coins instead. Bad idea :/. Instead of loading up an ad the whole screen on my device just went blank. I waited and waited for the ad to load, but it never did. So I was forced to close the app. When I logged back into the app I was kicked out of the level :/ . I was so close to beating it! And also when I returned to the app, the coin purchase just then decided to go thro. So I was wondering if maybe some dev could please replenish the 14k coins I used on the level or maybe even just add the 15 blast berry vine seed packets that I would’ve gotten? I know it’s a lot to ask for because my problem is so small, but I just can’t help but feel kinda robbed ATM. :/ Thank u for your time! (Sorry if this seemed petty)
