UI Freeze During Reward Claiming

I have a concern about a bug in the Arena. After the season ended, I checked back an hour later and saw I got promoted to 'Jade League.' It showed prizes of 100 Mints, 210 Gems, and 6,000 Coins, but the 'Continue' button froze when I tried to tap it. The screen wouldn't go back to the Arena home page, so I cleared my phone's cache and restarted the app. When I reopened the app, the rewards I was supposed to receive weren't there🥲.
