How can't i restore my data

Same problem I'm synced with google plus. Same thing happened went to play pvz 2 tablet shutdown, after restarting I lost all progress. I still have all my achievements unlocked  but I' at the beginning of game with 0 coins and none of the plants I unlocked with gems.

Given that nobody else has replied to this already, I'd suggest contacting PopCap support.

Another one here with the same problem...

I was playing yesterday night on my Nexus 4 when my phone run out of battery and it switched off without even showing the message warning of it. When I turned it on and tried to resume the game, I found that I had lost all my progress, the game wouldn't show my username anymore. 

I' m freaking out cause I've been playing the game for a year and a half and I had managed to buy all the new plants with my gems and bought some others with real money. Is there anything I can do to recover all my progress? I've tried with this workaround but it's the same, when I run the game my previous username is not there. I can see my achievements and all the Play Games stuff though...
