How can I take one of my PVZ 2 accounts and take it to another device no I cloud

Volume all Down for music and FX but still sound.

Help
I played arena and it keeps crashing tons times, it stopped suddenly , automatically logged out after average 1 minutes, both practice and real fight . Has lost many gauntlets .

Everytime I play arenas it keeps crashing. I only completed one match so far this season.
