In Penny's Pursuit, I can never seem to beat Dr. Zomboss. Okay, technically I already got starfruit, but I still want to beat him, just to say I have. Any tips? DON'T CALL ME A NOOB. THAT FIGHT IS OUTRAGEOUSLY HARD, EVEN ON EASY MODE. I have every adventure mode plant, starfruit (as mentioned), (almost) all the gem plants (all but hurrikale), Ice bloom, Electric Peashooter, and I think I have one mint. (I don't remember which one though). If you know a strategy, please tell me.

No mint strategy: Moonflower, Blover, Bowling Bulb, Tile Turnip, Squash, (Chard Guard),...
Consistently plant Blover and get Tile Turnip on Bowling Bulbs. Use plant food on Tile Turnip. Planting Squash or Blover in front of the Zomboss will prevent him from running over your plants.

Use my "Boosted Citron Spam Strategy":
You will put many Citrons all over the board and use the tile turnip...
USE PLANTFOOD ON THEM TO GIVE GOOD DAMAGE TO ZOMBOSS!
Use Cherry Bombs, Jalapenos, Squash, etc. to clear out zombies eating your Citrons and clearing out robots and Gargantuars from taking the damage instead of Zomboss.
If hope this helps, I am glad I invented that strategy as I got good rewards from using that strategy. 🙂
