Hello i want play again pvz2 after long time but when i try sign in i just saw 2 different account i cant log in pls help

This app has been crashing when I do anything like Arena and Penny's Pursuit. I uninstalled and reinstall this game and when I tried to retrieve my account from cloud, it keeps crashing. This is getting to the point where I've given up on this game that I've played for 10 years.
@agentevil007 What is the make and model of your gaming device? What version of OS is it running and how much free memory have you got? This might give the devs (if they are reading) a little more details for debugging.
I'm playing pvz2 on Samsung S22 Ultra on One UI 5.0 android OS. The phone has 12GB and 5.7GB is free. The storage space is 256GB and 154GB is free.

Same problem. Playing on iPad gen 9, 32gb out of 64gb used.
When I tried to star playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 there appereaded an EA login window. I accidentaly made a new account. At the same time I had other EA window opened with my real account. I log out on it to try to delete the new account that I don´t need. Then I noticed that I cannot do that. Then I tried to log in to my old account. I clicked lost account and the guide for it was sent to my new account. I think I have two account on a same email, or I don´t remember the email for my old account. The account was originally made in Origin. Is there any chance to get it back, I had only Star Wars Battlefront II on it. I downloaded it from Epic Games when it was free a small time. I hope i get the account back.
