Daily Activities Completed but Cannot Claim 20 Gem Reward

I’m playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 (Chinese version 12.6.1), and I’ve already completed all the daily activities, but I can’t claim the 20-gem reward. It shows that everything is finished, but the “claim” button doesn’t appear or respond.

I tried restarting the game, clearing cache, reconnecting to the internet, and even waiting a few minutes, but it still doesn’t work. Please check if this is a bug or if there’s another way to fix it.
