I bought 20 gems two times for $6 in pvz2 and did not get it.

I decided to buy 20 gems in pvz2 for $2.99 because I was running low on them and when I finished buying the gems a message appeared saying could not complete purchase. I tried to buy the gems again and spent 3 more dollars to buy more gems and it said the same message. I was about to buy it again but then realised that it had still taken away money from me even though the transaction did not work. I need help getting the gems back. I also did my daily travel log quests and clicked the button which allowed me to collect all my rewards but when I checked how much gems I had gotten, I got 10 less gems. I did the same thing tomorrow and it gave me 10 less gems too. Can I have all the gems I lost back please? In total, I lost 60 gems.
