I can not spend candy (candy)

Hello. I lost my purchases for candies (candies) in the first tab of the store. Everyone has it, but I do not. Lollipops (sweets) are piled up, but there is nothing to buy. The same situation with the purchase of a set of plants x20 in the second tab for 5000 gold coins. They also disappeared and there are only sets for gems (crystals). Version (build) of the game: 6.7.1 | d: 0.0.0. Help or tell me what to do?

    I have a quick look at my version numbers.

    It states: a:6.7.1 | d:6.7.1

    I guess the d:0.0.0 on your version number is where the difference is. One of the possibility I can think of is data corruption during update, maybe you need to contact EA customer service for further helps.

    Has signed with the player who has the same version. Is he Ok. In the second tab there are these plants for 5000 gold motents, but I do not. I do not even know what to think (

    Now I understand, the 500 coins seed packets are not working on some of my profiles as well, I do see the same problem as yours, I guess this was broken in the recent update.
