Community ManagerHey @76hwfxtwsy1f , do you have enough storage left on your phone by any chance? Also, make sure that the Google Play Store app is up to date.
You can also clear the app's cache to see if that helps. Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear Data. Then restart your phone and try to download the game again.

I think Samsung A10 is NOT supported on newer PVZ2 releases since Auguest 2019. (See link below)

If you wish to just play the original adventure (World levels mode) I think there is a way to download old version of PVZ2 via the web and not from the Play Store.
If you wish to play the current version of PVZ2 (with new plants and new game modes), sadly, you will need to do this from a compatible device.
