I can't receive my confirmation code

I have this old email I used as my first pvz2 account, but when I try to login yesterday, I can't seem to receive the confirmation code, I checked everywhere but none. Then I tried to use other email and I received it, so technically there's something wrong with my 1st account. I don't want to give up to that since I've made progress. So far, what I have as a proof of my ownership of that account are bills from my previous transaction such as premium plants. Another thing is I can't login my EA account with 1st email but other email is working. When I attempt to login, it shos this something is wrong and try again later. Direct message with them is very complicated and no service at all.
