I will contact HELP CENTER and make a claim on missing content when they are not too busy.
it might take a day or two but it will get corrected, this used to happen to me on every seasons and I have learnt that it is better to wait until the end of the season and make one single claim of the total amount of the missing rewards rather than doing this weekly since there seems to be a restriction of number of claims allowed per player per season. Just make sure you screenshot the evident of missing contents and it would speed up their process..
