Press the spanner in the game and then go to the help section and fill out the form.you will also need your player I D which you will find in download preferences , it’s the only way to get back your progress. It creates a case for you and EA will reply to you via email

Could you please elaborate download preferences? i reinstalled the game wouldn't that get rid of the player ID?

If you reinstall the game, a new player ID is assigned to the new installation. You will need the old player ID so the Help Center advisor can help to recover the correct game saved progress from the back up to your account.
Now if you do not have the old player ID, this does mean it will be a lot more difficult, may I ask did you register your email with EA from the game to get 100 free gems on the old account? If you did, could you try to do the register again withe same email address and see if it detects you have an old account associated? if so, please make sure to select the correct account and take a note of your player ID.

I'm quite sure i didn't register with EA account, probably because i didn't even see that button, until i reinstalled the game and, well, i lost all the progress, but i do think i like logged into google play games (don't count on that), i don't really remember, also i dont remember ever seeing the cloud and the google play games buttons on the main menu. when i reinstalled the game buttons appeared, i input my mail input the 5 diggit code and i waited and nothing happened, i clicked force sync button and i'd still be user dave. i also tried logging in with my google play games account again nothing happened
