I lost all my progress PvZ2

sorry I lost all progress on this id account in PvZ 2 (C01CB588). One time when I was playing PvZ2 the game crashed and when I restarted it started all over again. All of my achievements, all of my plants, and all of my plant levels, all gone.

  • This is an open forum and it is a wrong place to post your player ID as it serves nothing except for people with bad intention to collect your data.  I suggest to remove the image.

    If you signed up for EA's email registration scheme then you can get a unique code sent to your email address to restore your account from the backup servers.

    This takes about 5 minutes. 

    If you  have your player id number, you can contact EA HELP CENTER by tapping on help center at the bottom of this page.

    Please note that EA can't/ won't restore an account without your player id number so please screenshot it and keep it safe.

    If you have a new profile and can't get EA to recover your old one from the backup servers, they will add plants to your new startup account if you have proof of purchase from your purchase history.

    Looking for some input from someone who has successfully had their progress restored by contacting the help center.  I submitted my case, received an email asking for basic info like my Player ID (even though it was attached to the case).  I replied to the email, then received no response.  When I went to my case two days later , it indicated it was waiting on a response from me and would be auto closed).  I tried the 'Resume Case' button, it takes me to a generic help article about how to log in.

    I then opened a chat to ask about how to get my case resumed.  The chat response was to clarify I lost all my progress and that it would be elevated to the team who can help me get it restored.  I received the exact same email asking for basic information like my player ID.  I replied with the answers and once again my case is stuck on Waiting for Response from player.

    This is so frustrating!  How do I work with the help center to get this corrected?

    Hey EA when PvZ 2 updated to 11.9.1 it completely reset my entire game I was hoping if you could bring back my data from my original file.
