This isn't EA HELP, you contact them by tapping help center at the bottom of the page.
Fill in the form and give them your player i.d. number.
Before you do that you could try reinstalling the game as both apple store and google playstore keep a backup of you gamedata and should sync as part of the installation process, hopefully they haven't been overwritten.
After i reinstataing i should link both of my account ea and google play

Your player id number is in settings 🔧 / build version.
But that will be the new one and you need the one associated with your original account.
I'm assuming that you didn't write it down or screenshot it it as you're asking where it is.
If you registered your account with EA then you could try tapping the cloud icon at the bottom left of the loading screen.
