Urgent Help: Refund Request for Unauthorized Minor Purchases in PvZ 2

Dear EA Customer Support Team,

I am writing this letter to ask for your urgent assistance.

I am a father from China. My 8-year-old son, between October 22 and November 2, 2025, made a total of 41 in-game purchases in Plants vs. Zombies 2 without my permission. These unauthorized purchases amount to a total of 10,047 RMB.(Game account linked to App Store account:[edit: email address removed])

This happened because I gave my old iPad (App Store account:[edit: email address removed]) to my son for his online classes, and he secretly memorized the payment password, which allowed him to complete these purchases.

When I discovered these charges on November 4, I immediately applied for a full refund from Apple (the App Store), citing "unauthorized purchases made by a minor."

However, Apple denied my refund request and explicitly instructed me to contact you (EA) to resolve this issue.

I am now in a very difficult and desperate situation. This 10,047 RMB is nearly my entire monthly salary, which is essential for my family's mortgage, living expenses, and my child's education. My son is only 8 years old and has no concept of money. Losing this amount will cause severe financial hardship for my family.

I understand that the refund process for the iOS platform is complicated, but I am contacting you directly as per Apple's instructions. I sincerely ask the EA team to understand a father's desperate situation and assist me in processing this refund.
