I did not ask you to publish your player id on a public forum.

I asked you if you had your original player id number for your lost profile.

The answer is either yes or no.

If the answer is yes then you can contact EA HELP CENTER directly by tapping "HELP CENTER " at the bottom of the page and it will be a simple matter for them to restore your old profile.

If the answer is no then you are in trouble because you will have to contact them and without your old player id number they won't know who you are and you will have to keep on talking to them to try and make them find out your details so they can restore your profile.

If you have registered your email address to get the free gems they might be able to find out your old player id number from that.

Either way you will have to contact EA HELP because the player id you posted on the forum will have to be changed.

Anyways thank you for helping me and the answer is no because i dont remmber my old id ☹️ 

Then you will have to contact EA HELP like i told you in my last post and it won't be easy, if you have proof of purchase they can give you back any premium plants you bought.

No just i purchased permium plants with gems sap filting

Pepper ghost  and others i dont know their name and i got 2 mints and i got icebloom level4 and pumpkin from pvz1

@yjgwh8oc0iw6, i want ask  when you lost your account before, do you link it with google play account right?

maybe they can track down your account (but i not really sure if this 100% works or not) with your google play account

you can report it from this link (just choose which platform do you use for playing pvz2 : android or ios)

for player's id maybe you can put your current id , said you lost your previous account and forgot with your previous id

(the only way for them to track down your account is using email which one you link with your pvz2 account)

I do lose data button and i want my old account
