I’m on plants vs zombies 2. I had to delete my profiles to make a new one. But, I think on one of my profiles, my frozen pea shooter was on it. I clicked on restore purchases and it didn’t work. Can somebody please help me? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
You don't have to delete a profile to create a new one.
As long as you have got your existing profile saved in your Google play account/ apple store account then if you delete and reinstall the game then a new profile will automatically be created and when you sync your account then your old profile(s) will be restored.
This takes around 5 minutes but if you go through EA HELP CENTER it usually takes a couple of days.
If you click on restore purchase then you have to do it for each individual item you paid cash for.
