None of the moderators are commenting on the posts about the bug with the latest update. We need to report the bug to EA. Go to https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ and report the bug. Once you get to the second screen the option to email them and open a ticket is at the bottom.
unfortunately, even that seems glitched.
I’m getting constant glitches and crashes. That’s on my Apple iPad. However, when I go to write a bug report, it doesn’t allow me to enter my device. It doesn’t allow any keywords, but it’s a required field anyway.
Therefore, I’m unable to actually write a bug report. Unfortunately.

when you get to the console section, it took me a while for find that:
console = IOS (probably the same is for android as well)

Just an FYI, their ticket system is a joke. I keep getting asked the same questions and told to do the same thing in their replies. Definitely report it to bring awareness, but don’t expect any actual help.
I agree, I dont expect much until the next update. Really trying to bring awareness to EA because the moderators are nonexistent. Maybe just maybe they will release a patch.
