Nevermind, I've just got my progress back by contacting EA help
If I don’t have a screenshot of this number from the game, but only from an error, and a video of how I use my account, game progress, results, how can I restore my account ??
I can’t, I lost the link to my account) I didn’t know that it exists and you need to take a screenshot, all that remains is the number on the connection error, the main thing is it there, right? How can I recover my account, they ignore me
Somewhere in EA's servers is a backup of your missing account, but to access it you need to have already signed up for EA's email registration scheme OR to have your ORIGINAL player id number from your missing account.
EA HELP CENTER simply can't or won't take the time or trouble to find your missing data from their servers because they would have to pay staff to do that, if you can get the correct player id number then EA HELP CENTER will restore your account, if you can't then they won't.
Why they don't tell players to screenshot/ write down their player id numbers when they first start playing is a a mystery to me and totally stupid because it would save an incredible amount of time and frustration.
This is just a players forum and is basically a way for EA to get free helpfto take the pressure off their paid staff.
