Nevermind, I've just got my progress back by contacting EA help
Hi, my full name is Donatas Masionis. I play Plants vs Zombies 2 game for many years now and every day I save my progress to email address of [edit: email address removed] or possibly to [edit: email address removed] 4 days ago something happened to the game and I am being forced to start from the beginning. All my grogress is gone. I had purchased and earned many plants and upgrades to the game and I don't want to loose it and restart from the beginning. Please help me, or guide me on how to get my PVZ2 progress back. I tried doing full reinstall of the game, but it is forcing me to restart game from the beginning. I have recently tried to play my girl friends account by signing into her Game Center. I linked my save with my email before I signed into her account and when I got the Conflict Identity for the first time I chose mine over hers. I also took a screenshot of my player ID before signing into her Game Center account. When the Identity Conflict popped up for the second time I thought I was safe so I chose hers. Then, cliché end of a story, I was not able t retrieve my account back.
Looks like you have chosen wrongly....
Sadly once you have selected an account to link to your email address, the old data would be over written on your device and there is no way back.
You said you did screenshot the old player ID so there might be a chance that a backup copy still exist on the backup server. To recover your old account this way, you will need to contact EA Help Center and hope that the advisor is willing to take time to look up the old data from the backup and restore your email link to the old account.
Try open a new missing content case and be prepare to have patient for there couldbe a long wait.
