Missing and Incorrect Content for Multiple Purchases (PvZ 2)

Hi EA Support,

I am writing to report issues with two purchases made on March 29, 2026.

Purchase 1 (Wrong Item): I bought the "Dartichoke Seeds x50" bundle, but the game unlocked "Electric Blueberry" instead.

Purchase 2 (Missing Item): I purchased another bundle, but it has not appeared in my account at all.

Transaction ID: GPA.3372-8885-0138-73551

I have attached screenshots of both Google Play receipts and the in-game store showing the items. Please add the correct Dartichoke seeds to my account.
