EA suck. i lost all my progress in 10 years. I contacted EA and they led me to this forum with no help

I had issues creating a new case when I lost my progress also when I clicked on EA Help which only kept going to the forum or Help articles.
However going to a specific topic e.g. https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=plants-vs-zombies-2&platform=&topic=missing-reward&category=missing-content&subcategory=never-received-content
will bring you to a page where there is a section "still need help: Email us - email us about your issues and we'll get right back to you". From this, you can fill in a form. Please ensure you are logged into your account to contact them (that is create a new case linked to your account), so that they can restore the progress to your account.
