4 years agoHi @dragonflymew I would recommend contacting our support through the in-game help options as well as taking a screenshot of your play id (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Plants-vs-Zombies-2/Account-amp-Mobile-Help-Look-here/m-p/7883871#M9093) in case you lose access in the meantime as they can take a further look at this for you.
