I tried ice bloom on my level 1 profile and while those ice blocks make temporary barriers, it's still a weak plant imho, AND I DON'T CARE IF SHE IS CUTE!
I will probably end up getting the 2,150 crowns to get the two level 5 and a level 1 for my ever growing collection.(sigh)
@MAGICDAVESHROOM I had a peek on youtube (obviously) on the level coming out next week. Lots of those torch zombies....the person i saw obviously had money and had all the winter/ ice plants but was only using either the winter melon or snow pea. We shall see~ after all, we all generally can't resist free plants 😉
