Imitater appeared in plant nursery
This is a plant without farmable contents (seed pack) and must be purchased to unlock. Why they appear in nursery to occupy the precious chance?

I can only assume there is a new team member joining Popcap with limited knowledge who has been assigned to handles the quest event schedule and has made a bad job of this.
