Impossible to retrieve my data on plant vs zombie 2 game on android phone

Hi, 

I recently reinstalled plant vs zombie 2 and I was previously connected to my Google play account.

Now when I reinstalled the game I can still see my achievements and all objectives that I earned but I lost all my levels.

There is no button to synchronise my Google account on the bottom right corner of the game. Only the achievements and objective. I previously talked to live chat and they confirmed that my data are indeed present and now they told me to create a ticket to be helped to retrieve my data.

How can I do it? Why I can't see my previous account?
