In-Game Support
Multiple EA support help personnel have told me the only way to get help with in-game issues is to use an in-game support ticketing system. But no such system appears to exist in the game on my android device. They refuse to give specific instructions on where this is beyond something vague like Settings -> Support, which doesn't exist.
There is a help button which just loads a browser to help.ea.com. Some employees say that is the in-game ticketing system, they promise it will work when creating a new ticket and all my in-game info will be magically included and they will solve all my problems. I've tried this through my tablet and surprise, it is exactly the same as on PC and the person I talked to said I had to create an in-game support ticket.
When I tell them all this, they re-iterate that the in-game support system exists and that if I can't access it my only option is to come here and create a topic about it where they promise the team will see this topic and fix all my issues.
So, has anyone ever found an in-game ticketing system that connects you to a support team that can help with in-game issues that require in-game data you can't provide via help.ea.com support tickets?
