iPhone pvz2 missing a plant

I am playing Pvz2 in both my iPhone and iPad using same account. I have collected seed packets for Enforce-mint. Yesterday I finally collected enough seed packets to unlock. And when I went to index book to unlock it, it was not there... it’s gone... I spent so many mints/candies to collect them... and it’s gone.. please give an explanation.

@KatieLu0309 You probably bought the Mint Pinata for 25 mints. This gives you random seeds but even if you manage to get 100 seeds for a Powermint you are not able to unlock it since it won't show up in the Alamanc. Only the "Mint of the month" shows up in the Almanac. As @eieio_31310 pointed out, Enlighten-mint is the featured mint this month. Next month it will be Reinforce-mint.
Once the Powermint you collected enough seed packets for, is Powermint of the month, it will show up in your Almanac and you will be able to unlock it.
If you can't wait you can try and complain to EA Help at the bottom of this page. They should be able to unlock the Powermint for you.

You can only unlock a powermint if it's available in the store, powermints are normally in the store for a month and the current powermint is enlightenmint which still has a few days to run.
EA put red banners on anything time sensitive so you know how long you have to get them.

The power mints are available on a rota basis.
This time it is the Enlighten-mint.

Right, that’s that’s why it’s a Bug. I didn’t know that until You guys told me. I only know that “ the enforce-mint had been on my book/dictionary for a while, and I used sooooo many mints/candies finally unlock it. But it’s gone....” So I wasted so many mints.... how do I get them back????

If you actually unlocked it and it disappeared (you don't make that clear in your first post) then tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page and make a missing content report.

Cannot agree with you more. In some countries, selling something that the purchaser cannot use as it is described could consider as law breaking, in UK, an infringement of trade description, but I guess in EA'a empire, this could have been their way to encourage players to part with their $$$.
