Arena streak bug

Is anyone else having arena issue with keeping up the winning streak? EVERY. **bleep**. TIME. after my 3rd victory I just HAVE to lose. My screen either gets frozen or suddenly the game's touch sensitivity is not good or I would have a giant zombie killing my plants and going through the entire row, whereas in the previous 2 games, I would be able to kill it relatively fast. The players I'm up against start way behind me in terms of points and then 5 seconds later, they have 2 million more than me?? With the plants they use, most of the time it is physically impossible for them to win against me! I even bought a new plant with real money, thinking it might help. What I'm saying is, stop messing with the game! It's so frustrating when you sit down after a long day to relax with the game only to get even more frustrated because the game is messed with! I cannot reach the last reward for the last 2 arena leagues which is seriously annoying. We pay you and you still cannot do 2 things: prevent bugs and make the game enjoyable enough. What the heck, EA????
